This year, Shoot Spaces has decided to feature one rental space each month. The space could be a venue, a studio, a short-term rental, a co-working, or a creative space. The Shoot Spaces Featured Venue for February is The 07 Oasis, a short-term rental space right here in Fort Wayne.

The 07 Oasis is located in the newly renovated Fairfield Flats in the historic Lutheran Park district, just 7 minutes from the Fort Wayne International Airport. The 07 Oasis is located across from Lutheran Park, minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This rental space also features underground, private parking, video-monitored surveillance, a bright and open lobby, and new on-site laundry facilities!
The O7 Oasis
The 07 Oasis is a conveniently located 2 BR, 1.5 bath short-term rental space. This newly renovated cozy Oasis, hosted by RK Spurgeon Properties, is located on the first floor of the Fairfield Flats building. The cozy, neutral living space is bright and open, with a wall of east-facing windows for natural light throughout the morning hours. The Master Suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, vanity, and separate bathroom. The 07 Oasis also has a second bedroom, set up as a workspace, with an additional sleeping area as well. The air-conditioned unit also features a galley style kitchen, new stainless appliances, a coffee bar, and free wi-fi.
